Well I am not really sure how this blog will go, to date I have not been great at keeping up with these blog's, although I do read others and think how fabulous it is that they record their lives. I am hoping that by starting a fresh it will inspire me..... we shall see.
I am about to go hit the town now to purchase some running pants as I am determined to get fit. The Olympics have been very inspiring and it has encouraged me to get off my backside and actually do what I have been meaning to do the past 4 years..... GET FIT !
